Yes! We are a licensed citrus grower. The Blood Family has always grown, picked, packed, and shipped our own fruit. This helps us control the quality of the fruit we sell.

Our standard form of shipping is via FedEx Ground. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders may ship out within one week from the date the order is placed, depending on the variety of citrus selected and fresh fruit availability.
FedEx Air orders placed before 10 AM can be shipped the same business day. If placed after 10 AM, FedEx Air orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery to addresses east of the Mississippi River takes 3 to 5 business days to most cities after the ship date. Delivery to addresses west of the Mississippi River takes 4 to 6 business days to most cities after the ship date. To residental addresses, FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday. To business addresses, FedEx delivers Monday through Friday. We also offer a FedEx Air 2-day or Overnight service.
No. Federal Express does not ship to Post Office Boxes. We must have a complete street address to ship to.
Yes, we ship to Canada. We do not ship to the Northwest Territories. Please call us at (800) 255-5188 for extra Canadian shipping prices and order dates. Delivery is by Canadian Post.
Sorry, we no longer ship citrus to Europe. Due to new Federal regulations and requirements we cannot process European orders cost effectively.
We do not ship citrus to these states due to a USDA rule. However, we do ship non-citrus gifts to these states.
The FedEx driver will leave the package in a safe location near an entrance. If a note is left instead, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact FedEx to make arrangements for another delivery attempt or to pick-up the package at their local FedEx facility. If the recipient is in an apartment building or business, FedEx may deliver the package to the mail room.
Each piece of fruit that comes from Blood's Hammock Groves is fully guaranteed. All of our packages include a guarantee card. A recipient can simply fill out the card detailing the amount of damage and what the damage is and send this card back to us. Or, if the recipient prefers, they can relate this information to us via email or fax instead. Once we receive the guarnatee card, email or fax containing information of damage pertaining to the order, we will gladly replace any damaged fruit. However, we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address or if the recipient has moved or is out of town. Also, the customer will incur a $5.00 charge for an incomplete or incorrect delivery address when documented by FedEx.
Yes, we do. Shipment Plans are pre-discounted and no further discount is available on the final price. Discounts are for citrus products only. Extra charges for shipping west of the Mississippi River, FedEx Air or Canada are not counted toward the discount rate. Discounts are not transferable. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at (800) 255-5188 or info@bloodsgroves.com immediately. We do not allow orders to be changed or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the ship date, or within seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Chanukah and Christmas because of the extremely high volume of orders during these times. However, we will attempt to do our best to comply with your request.
Yes, you can track your packages on Federal Express' website (www.fedex.com). Please contact us at (800) 255-5188 or info@bloodsgroves.com to receive the tracking number(s) at least one (1) day after the ship date.
Credit card charges are processed when the order is placed as this reserves the fruit on the tree specific to your order.
